No shortcuts, no mixes, no preservatives. Every croissant, scone, and loaf is made completely from scratch β the old-fashioned way, because the old-fashioned way is better.
I built Maggie's Mornings around two things I believe in deeply: real ingredients and real community. That means sourcing locally whenever I can β local honey, local eggs, local butter when it's available. Austin has an incredible food community, and I want this bakery to be woven into it, not just existing on the edge of it.
My signature lavender honey scone came about completely by accident β a batch I made for my neighbor turned into the most-requested item on the menu within a week of me opening the garage doors. That's the magic of this place. Nothing here is overthought; it's all just honest, delicious food made with care.
